McKensie Stanton and Gage Horne are the founders behind Everyday World Changers — a docuseries born from two different journeys that landed in the same place: a belief that ordinary people, telling the truth about their lives, can change the world around them.
McKensie is the founder of World Changers, a global community focused on developing world changers from the inside out — in mind, body, and leadership. With 14 years of experience as an Exercise Physiologist, Certified Personal Trainer, and Nutrition Coach, she has trained over 1,000 clients.
Her approach blends that formal training with what she has lived: her own battle with eating disorders, a ten-year fight with addiction and learning the neuroscience of rewiring the brain, and building a top 2% team in direct sales. World Changers lives at the intersection of all of it — sharpened further by McKensie's travels to 40 countries around the world.
Gage is the founder of Gage Horne Studios, a video production company built after he discovered his love for storytelling behind a camera as a kid. A graduate of Idaho State University in Mass Communication with an emphasis in Visual Communication, Gage has spent years turning raw footage into compelling narratives — and now brings that same craft to capturing the stories inside Everyday World Changers.
Together, McKensie's eye for transformation and Gage's eye for storytelling became Everyday World Changers — built to prove that you don't have to be famous to make a difference. You just have to be willing to let your life become part of something bigger.

I see synergy in collaboration I hadn't really seen before. 2 plus 2 equals 100. We can get so much more done together. Everybody has such unique skills and geniuses and passions — and they all dovetail together toward one question: how can we impact the world?
Being around these people has made me realize that I need to be surrounded by them. Every time I talk to someone from the trip, I'm inspired to do something else, whether it's health and fitness, community, or travel.

Doors open at 6:30 PM for networking and finding your seat. We'll welcome everyone and introduce the docuseries around 6:45 PM, with the screening starting at 7:00 PM sharp.
Yes! Guests are definitely welcome. Seating is limited, so please have any additional guests register online before arriving at the event — we want to make sure everyone has a seat.
A live screening of the first episode, followed by conversation and a live Q&A.
Yes — the team will be on hand before and after the premiere to connect, for anyone able to attend in person.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to attend all three days?
Yes. To receive the full benefit of the World Changers Retreat, we ask that you commit to the entire experience. The retreat begins at approximately 9:00 AM on Friday, August 21st, and concludes around 9:00 PM on Sunday, August 23rd. Accommodations are provided for Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights.
Every part of the experience is intentionally designed to build upon the previous sessions. Missing portions of the retreat may limit the transformation, connections, and breakthroughs available to you. If you're investing in yourself, we encourage you to fully immerse yourself in the entire journey.
Do you offer refunds?
No. All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.
Because of the planning, accommodations, meals, staffing, and resources dedicated to creating this experience, all registrations are non-refundable.
If an unexpected circumstance prevents you from attending, please reach out to our team. While we cannot issue refunds, we may be able to transfer your registration to a replacement attendee.
We encourage you to register only when you're confident you can fully commit to the experience, as every part of the retreat is designed to help you create meaningful change in your world and the world around you.

One day, we will spend a portion of the day off-site in the Boise/Nampa area. We will gather in smaller groups for dinner, of which each participant's meal will be purchased individually and are not included in the retreat registration.
What is the purpose of the Zoom calls?
The World Changers Retreat begins long before you arrive on-site.
Our Zoom calls are designed to help you build meaningful connections with fellow attendees, prepare for the experience, and maximize your growth both during and after the retreat.
Connection Call
This call is focused on meeting other attendees, building relationships, and beginning the community experience before the retreat begins.
Preparation Call
This call will help you understand what to expect, how to prepare, and how to get the most value from your time at the retreat.
Integration & Recap Call
After the retreat, we'll reconnect to discuss the changes you've implemented, celebrate progress, and support you in carrying the momentum forward into your life.
Dates and times will be communicated after registration.
Can I invite friends or family members?
Absolutely.
If you know someone who is committed to growth, leadership, purpose, and making a greater impact in their world, we'd love to have them join us.
As long as registration remains open and spots are available, they are welcome to register.

Will everything take place at the retreat center?
Nope!
While many portions of the retreat will take place on-site, some experiences will occur throughout the Boise/Nampa area.
Transportation details, schedules, and expectations will be provided before the retreat so you can arrive fully prepared and ready to engage in every part of the experience.
